Bottega Caramel
It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of caramel. “Sweet milk”, also known as “milk jam”, is a typical South American cream made with milk and sugar. According to legend, it was mistakenly created in Argentina in the 19th century, when a cook left a frying pan with milk and sugar on the stove. The same ingredients, with different proportions and cooking times, are used to produce caramel, a type of British sweet. Sweet milk and toffee are characterized by their typical aroma, softness and creaminess. These are also the main features of our Caramel, created with carefully selected ingredients to reproduce the aromas of the traditional sweets that inspired it.
