Gin The Botanist
The Botanist is a premium gin obtained by distillation at very low pressure in a still called “Ugly Betty”. This form of distillation lengthens the process by lasting up to three times longer than usual.
This gin is made on the Scottish island of Islay, known for producing whiskeys. In fact, Bruichladdich, the production distillery is famous for this drink. The Botanist contains 31 botanicals, 22 of which are native plants of the island itself and collected by hand in a precise season.
