Wine Blush Bianco
Carefully selected white and red grapes go through an extremely gentle pressing and only the first drops of must from the bunches are mixed and fermented. After fermentation, the wines are blended to obtain the characteristic pink color. The second fermentation is used to obtain a slight effervescence.
