Wine Brunello Di Montalcino
Due to its characteristics, Brunello di Montalcino supports prolonged aging and improves over time. It’s hard to tell how many years this wine improves in the bottle. Of course, it must be maintained in the right way: in a cold cellar, but above all at a constant and dark temperature, without noise or odors; Bottles are kept horizontally. For very aged bottles, it is recommended to decant in a glass jug, to oxygenate it better and offer it in its total purity.
Aging: 24 months in small oak barrels and a minimum of 24 months in bottle.
Ideal to accompany stews, roast meats and ripe cheeses.
