Nice and simple, it’s easy potability makes it the favorite to combine it with a wide variety of foods, including spicy dishes.
Soft pressing and short maceration of the selected grapes, followed by fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation, using the Charmat Method, adds to the wine the characteristic of natural sparkling wine.
