Wine Trebbiano Moscato (white)
After a gentle pressing, the must is immediately separated from the skins. Fermentation at a temperature of 38-40º C. Followed by a preservation of the wort in thermo-conditioned tanks. The second fermentation lasts several weeks and guarantees the quality of the wine.
A fruity and aromatic wine, it is a perfect companion for today’s spicy cuisine, especially Tex-Mex, India, Thai and China.
